We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remote Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our remote team, working with a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions. As a Lead JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for producing well-designed and testable code using industry best practices, ensuring the quality and availability of software systems by applying monitoring and alerting best practices, and cross-collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of team objectives and offerings. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Produce well-designed and testable code using industry best practices
- Ensure quality and availability of software systems by applying best practices for monitoring and alerting
- Cross-collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of team objectives and offerings
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
- Contribute to the development of software solutions, from ideation to implementation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and apply them to your work
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of development experience using Node.js and React
- 1+ years or relevant leadership experience
- Mastery in front-end coding technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Experience building and deploying software systems in cloud-based technologies, such as AWS
- Experience with designing and building APIs
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
