Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer

Join our remote team as a Lead JavaScript Developer.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in creating and maintaining web applications using JavaScript. You will be working with Node.js, SQL, and VueJS to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for our clients.

As a Lead Developer, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of JavaScript and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing web applications using JavaScript
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the software development process is efficient and effective
  • Contribute to the development of software design patterns and best practices
  • Ensure that software products are delivered on time and meet the requirements of the client
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development process
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in JavaScript development
  • Experience in leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products
  • Expertise in Node.js, SQL, and VueJS
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for software development
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level of proficiency

  • Experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
