We are seeking a skilled remote Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer to join our team.

As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for establishing architectural principles, selecting design patterns, and mentoring team members on their appropriate application. You will be working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software, and your expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Typescript will be essential to the development and maintenance of key system features. Responsibilities
  • Establish architectural principles and select design patterns, mentoring team members on their appropriate application
  • Develop and maintain key system features, utilizing Node.js, Typescript, React.js, Next.js, and AWS
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software, meeting project timelines and requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Product Managers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless integration of software components
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and insights to improve code quality
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and code documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development, sharing insights and best practices with the team
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in JavaScript development, with a focus on Node.js and Typescript
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Expertise in React.js and Next.js, showcasing your ability to develop responsive web applications
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), demonstrating your proficiency in cloud computing and serverless architectures
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and software architecture
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
