We're on the lookout for a Lead JavaScript Automation Test Engineer to become part of our team. In this position, you'll take on a key responsibility for maintaining the accuracy and dependability of our software platforms. Your duties will include heading a group of testers, overseeing automated testing workflows, and helping refine our test automation framework on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities
  • Guide and coach a group of testers, offering direction and assistance throughout testing efforts
  • Work with teams across different functions to collect and evaluate system requirements
  • Craft detailed test plans, test cases, and overarching testing strategies
  • Organize and rank testing tasks to guarantee thorough and efficient coverage
  • Build, code, and run automation scripts leveraging sophisticated testing tools
  • Log, communicate, and follow up on defects, confirming they are properly verified and fixed
  • Establish quality benchmarks and ensure the team follows recognized best practices
  • Track and interpret QA-related metrics to drive ongoing process enhancements
  • Keep current with new testing tools, technological advances, and evolving best practices
  • Bring meaningful input to QA discussions and testing-related activities
Requirements
  • 8 to 12 years of background in Automation Testing, with particular emphasis on JavaScript
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of direct, practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
  • At least 1 year of applicable experience in a leadership capacity
  • Skilled in UI Automation platforms such as Playwright, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress
  • Background in Web Service and API Test Automation, covering test case creation and automation framework development
  • Solid command of Webdriver I/O for testing user interfaces
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
