We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our remote team and lead the development of our cutting-edge software solutions. As the Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java 8 and Spring Boot. You will also be responsible for leading the development team, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that the team adheres to the Agile methodology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java 8 and Spring Boot
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure that the development team adheres to the Agile methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain software solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure that the code meets the company's coding standards
- Develop and maintain automated unit tests for all software solutions
- Ensure that all software solutions are deployed using the company's CI/CD pipelines
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of software development projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, including experience with Java 8
- Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- 1 year of leading experience, with a proven ability to engage and motivate team members
- Experience with unit testing and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with React or AngularJS
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana
