Lead Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Java-based software and applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a B2+ English level.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Java-based software and applications
  • Analyze user requirements, envision system features, and choose optimal solutions
  • Implement and maintain software solutions
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality and reliable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Implement unit testing and integration testing
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Mentor and coach team members
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Java development
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming language
  • Proven experience in implementing reliable systems
  • Familiarity with Spring Framework and REST architecture
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit5, Mockito)
  • Expertise in Core Java Development, Java Bootstrapping Frameworks, and Angular
  • Familiarity with Docker, Helm, Java Microservice Infrastructure, Java Microservice Infrastructure Tools, Kubernetes, Microservice Architecture Pattern, and Terraform
  • Familiarity with Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring WebFlux
  • B2+ English level
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Angular framework
  • Familiarity with Frontend Unit testing
