We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Java-based software and applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a B2+ English level.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Java-based software and applications
Analyze user requirements, envision system features, and choose optimal solutions
Implement and maintain software solutions
Ensure the team delivers high-quality and reliable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Implement unit testing and integration testing
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Mentor and coach team members

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Java development
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Java programming language
Proven experience in implementing reliable systems
Familiarity with Spring Framework and REST architecture
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit5, Mockito)
Expertise in Core Java Development, Java Bootstrapping Frameworks, and Angular
Familiarity with Docker, Helm, Java Microservice Infrastructure, Java Microservice Infrastructure Tools, Kubernetes, Microservice Architecture Pattern, and Terraform
Familiarity with Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring WebFlux
B2+ English level

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
Knowledge of JavaScript and Angular framework
Familiarity with Frontend Unit testing
