We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our remote team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of Java-based software and applications, contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a B2+ English level.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Java-based software and applications
- Analyze user requirements, envision system features, and choose optimal solutions
- Implement and maintain software solutions
- Ensure the team delivers high-quality and reliable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Implement unit testing and integration testing
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Mentor and coach team members
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Java development
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language
- Proven experience in implementing reliable systems
- Familiarity with Spring Framework and REST architecture
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit5, Mockito)
- Expertise in Core Java Development, Java Bootstrapping Frameworks, and Angular
- Familiarity with Docker, Helm, Java Microservice Infrastructure, Java Microservice Infrastructure Tools, Kubernetes, Microservice Architecture Pattern, and Terraform
- Familiarity with Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring WebFlux
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Angular framework
- Familiarity with Frontend Unit testing
