We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our remote team and lead the development of our cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies, such as Angular, Amazon Web Services, Apache Kafka, and Spring Boot. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, unit testing, and code refactoring
  • Optimize and fine-tune software solutions for performance and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
  • 1 years of experience in leading a team of developers
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, Amazon Web Services, Apache Kafka, Microservice Architecture Pattern, Spring Boot, REST, and Java 8
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Expertise in unit testing and test-driven development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
