We are looking for a senior remote Lead Java Full Stack Developer with at least 5 years of experience in web-based application development.
You will be responsible for managing a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of business information and media projects. Your expertise in Java, Spring, SQL Server, Angular, and AWS will be critical to the success of these projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver web-based applications using Java, Spring, SQL Server, and Angular
- Manage a team of developers and ensure the on-time and under-budget delivery of projects
- Participate in the full software development life-cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions
- Stay current with emerging trends, new technologies, and best practices to maintain our standards of excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Java Full Stack development, with expertise in Angular and Cloud-native technologies
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Familiarity with distributed systems, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
- Experience with Linux, Docker
- Familiarity with Jasmine
- Experience in developing unit test cases and agile development methodologies
- Proven experience in team management and ability to mentor and train junior developers
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork, highly proactive, result-oriented, and analytical mindset
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon OpenSearch, Amazon DocumentDB, MongoDB, and Jenkins
- Knowledge of Git, SVN, and other version control systems
