Lead Java Full Stack Angular Software Engineer with AWS

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Angular Software Engineer with strong technical skills to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and implementing scalable and high-performance systems, and ensuring the quality of the codebase. You will work in a collaborative and agile environment, using your skills to develop innovative solutions and drive the project forward.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers to design and implement high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain the codebase, ensuring its scalability, performance, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensure that the team is following best practices and adhering to coding standards
  • Mentor and coach team members to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that the codebase is well-documented and tested
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
  • 1 years of experience in leading and managing development teams
  • Expertise in Angular, Amazon Web Services, Apache Kafka, Microservice Architecture Pattern, Spring Boot, REST, Java 8, Unit Testing, and Agile development methodologies
  • Strong understanding of NoSQL tools such as MongoDB or Cassandra
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
