We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java full Stack Angular Developer with AWS to join our international remote team for a project with a famous customer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development team in building and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
- Design and develop microservices using Java 8 and Angular
- Implement and maintain scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions in AWS
- Develop and maintain Apache Kafka-based messaging systems
- Create and maintain robust and efficient SQL queries and database structures
- Ensure code quality through Unit Testing and adherence to industry standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
- Engage in Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer with a focus on building microservices
- In-depth knowledge of Java 8 and its core libraries
- Proficiency in Microservice Architecture Pattern and Angular
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Apache Kafka
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
- Expertise in Unit Testing and Spring Framework
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience (team up to 7 FTEs)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
