We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Full Stack Angular Developer to join our dynamic remote team of developers in creating innovative solutions. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions. You must have extensive experience in Java development, microservice architecture pattern, and cloud-based technologies like Amazon Web Services. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions
  • Design and develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot
  • Create and maintain RESTful APIs
  • Develop and maintain scalable and reliable cloud-based applications using AWS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through unit testing and code reviews
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, Apache Kafka, Microservice Architecture Pattern, Spring Boot, REST, Java 8, and Unit Testing
  • Extensive experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong command of SQL and experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
  • Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB
  • Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Chef
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
