We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Angular Developer to join our remote team and lead the development of our cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java and related technologies. You will also lead a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and highly available systems using Java and related technologies
  • Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients' needs
  • Implement and maintain software development best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java development
  • Experience in leading a team of developers
  • Expertise in Angular, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Kafka, Microservice Architecture Pattern, Spring Boot, REST, Java 8, CI/CD, Unit Testing, and SQL
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra
  • Experience in developing mobile applications using React Native or Flutter
  • Experience in developing chatbots using Dialogflow or similar platforms
