We are hiring a Lead Java Developer with Angular experience to join our remote team.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing web applications using Java and Angular. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with product owners, architects, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions. This role requires expertise in Java, Angular, SQL, and Spring. Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality and scalable software solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and quality assurance teams to ensure project success
  • Design and develop web applications using Java and Angular
  • Write efficient and scalable code
  • Ensure code quality by performing code reviews and maintaining coding standards
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and software development best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Java Developer
  • At least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating adept leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot
  • Expertise in Angular 2+ (not AngularJS)
  • Proficiency in SQL and database design
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ and Spring Kafka
  • Experience with MS SQL.SQL and Oracle databases
  • Familiarity with Pivotal Cloud Foundry
