We are seeking a highly skilled remote Lead Java Developer to join our team, responsible for developing software solutions using Java and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality products.
As a Lead Java Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and solve complex problems, participate in code reviews, and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions using Java, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
- Collaborate with other team members to analyze and solve complex problems, providing valuable insights and solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members, driving continuous improvement
- Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
- Lead the development team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of software solutions
- Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our software development practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with Java
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience with Angular
- Familiarity with AWS
- Experience with Spring and SQL
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker, Node.js, and troubleshooting, showcasing your versatility and ability to work with a range of technologies
