We are seeking a talented Lead Java Developer to join our remote team, working on web-based applications using Java, Spring, and related technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to develop, design, and implement software solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to develop, design, and implement software solutions
- Ensure that the software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review software requirements, design, and implementation
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure timely delivery of software solutions
- Contribute to the development of software architecture and design
- Develop and maintain software documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing web-based applications using Java, Spring, SQL Server, and related technologies
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and RDS
- Experience with front-end web technologies such as Angular
- Good understanding of software development principles, including Distributed System, object-oriented programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience in writing Unit test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins
