We are looking for a remote Lead Java Developer with 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of leadership experience, to join our team. As a Lead Java Developer, you will collaborate with developers, testers, and operations engineers to build, deploy, and automate software releases. Your role will involve maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines, ensuring the scalability and maintainability of builds, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with developers, testers, and operations engineers to build, deploy, and automate software releases
- Developing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Ensuring builds are easily testable, scalable, and maintainable
- Integrating build components into software release packages and processes
- Monitoring builds, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support
- Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in build processes
- Participating in code reviews and maintaining code quality standards
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a primary skill in Java
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in API Gateway
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and REST API
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Spring Boot framework
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CSS
- Understanding of Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Knowledge of Pick, Pack & Shipping processes
- Experience with ReactJS
