We are seeking a highly experienced remote Lead iOS Swift Developer to join our team and take ownership of our project's development lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for writing clean, modularized code to build product features and improve existing ones. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing new features, as well as maintaining testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing. You will work closely with our customer, handling their requests in a timely manner and ensuring that their needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of iOS Swift developers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Write clean, modularized code to build product features and improve existing ones
- Design, implement, and test new features, as well as maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met
- Handle customer requests in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service
- Ensure that software is delivered on-time and within budget
- Continually improve development processes and methodologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in iOS Swift Development
- Expertise in Dependency Injection and Design Systems
- Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, GraphQL, and RxSwift
- 1 years of experience leading a team of developers in an Agile environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on-time and within budget
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
