Lead iOS Swift Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead iOS Swift Developer to take charge of our remote team.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop clean, robust, and modularized code to build features and products. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving new and existing features. Additionally, you will create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing. You will be accountable for the product you develop and will communicate with the customer and handle their requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products and features
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable code
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing
  • Communicate with the customer and handle their requests in a timely manner
  • Take ownership and accountability for the product you develop
Requirements
  • 5+ years of production experience in iOS Swift development throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Experience with GraphQL and RxSwift
  • Ability to work directly with customers without supervision
  • Experience with writing robust and maintainable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
  • Senior-level knowledge of iOS Swift, SwiftUI, Dependency injection, Design Systems, and Programmatic UI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
