We are in search of a highly skilled remote Lead iOS Swift Developer to join our remote team and take ownership of our exciting project. As the Lead iOS Swift Developer, you will be responsible for the entire iOS Swift development lifecycle, from writing clean, robust, and modularized code to building new features and improving existing ones. You will also be accountable for creating and maintaining testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing, communicating with customers, and handling their requests in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement new features and improve existing ones
- Take ownership of the project and ensure its successful delivery
- Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing
- Communicate with customers and handle their requests in a timely manner
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Ensure the quality of the codebase and adhere to best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project's success
Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience in iOS Swift development
- 1+ years of proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Expertise in SwiftUI, Dependency Injection, Design Systems, Programmatic UI, and GraphQL
- Proficiency in writing robust and maintainable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work directly with customers without supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with RxSwift
- Exposure to Combine framework
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
