We are looking for a remote Lead iOS Swift Developer to join our team and take charge of our mobile development initiatives. As a Lead iOS Swift Developer, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of iOS Swift development. You will write clean, robust, modularized code to build cutting-edge products and features, as well as architect, design, implement new features, and improve existing ones. You will also create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing, communicate with customers, and handle their requests in a timely manner. Above all, you will take ownership and accountability for the products you develop, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead mobile development initiatives for iOS Swift, overseeing the entire development lifecycle
- Write clean, robust, and modularized code to build cutting-edge products and features
- Architect, design, implement new features, and improve existing ones, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing, ensuring the highest level of code quality and reliability
- Communicate with customers and handle their requests in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Take ownership and accountability for the products you develop, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to achieve project goals and deliverables
- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in iOS Swift development, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Swift Mobile Development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products and features
- At least 3 years of experience in SwiftUI, with recent experience preferred
- Relevant leadership experience
- Excellent knowledge of iOS Swift, including Combine, Dependency Injection, Design Systems, RxSwift
- Experience with writing robust and maintainable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals, collaborating closely with customers to achieve project goals
- Mastery of English (B2+ level) for clear and effective communication with team and stakeholders

- Experience with GraphQL
- Familiarity with Accessibility and Localization guidelines and best practices
