Lead iOS Swift Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead iOS Swift Developer to take ownership of our project and join our remote team.

As a Lead iOS Swift Developer, you will be responsible for iOS Swift development throughout the entire lifecycle, including writing clean, robust, and modularized code to build products and features. You will also be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing new features while improving existing ones.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the iOS application, ensuring that it meets all technical and design requirements
  • Collaborate with the design team to create a user-friendly interface and exceptional user experience
  • Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that code is delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure that code is of high quality and meets all technical standards and best practices
  • Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the application is thoroughly tested and meets all functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with other teams, including back-end development and product management, to ensure that the iOS application integrates seamlessly with other parts of the system
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in iOS development and other relevant technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in iOS development, with a focus on Swift and SwiftUI
  • Experience with dependency injection, GraphQL, Combine, and RxSwift
  • Expertise in design systems and creating reusable components
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
