We are seeking a highly skilled remote Lead iOS Swift Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clean, robust, and modularized code to build products and features. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of iOS Swift development, from architecting and designing new features to improving existing ones. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the testing infrastructure for unit and automated testing. Your role will also involve communicating with the customer and handling their requests in a timely manner, with ownership and accountability for the product you develop.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of iOS developers and work closely with the design team to create a seamless and user-friendly iOS application
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and quality assurance engineers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
  • Design and develop scalable and maintainable code using Swift and SwiftUI
  • Implement Dependency Injection and Design Systems to ensure consistency and reusability of code
  • Integrate GraphQL and RxSwift to optimize application performance and user experience
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Ensure that the codebase is well-documented and that knowledge is transferred to the team
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in iOS development, with a focus on Swift and SwiftUI
  • Strong experience with Dependency Injection, Design Systems, and Combine [framework]
  • Expertise in GraphQL and RxSwift
  • 1+ years of experience in leading a team of developers and managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodology, version control, and continuous integration and deployment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level
