We are seeking a Lead iOS Developer to join our remote team with expertise in Swift and Objective-C. You will be working on a production mobile software development project integrating mobile devices with different backends and vendors.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the iOS development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver product requirements, design, and architecture
- Develop and maintain scalable and optimized software solutions
- Ensure the use of best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely delivery of software products
- Manage project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in iOS development, demonstrating hands-on experience in Swift
- 1+ years of experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines
- Expertise in Object Oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with Unit Testing, Git, and Agile methodologies
- Experience in integrating mobile devices with different backends and vendors
- Excellent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in Objective-C, showcasing versatility in iOS development skills
