We are seeking a Lead Incident Management Specialist to strengthen and maintain our Incident and Problem Management processes. In this role, you will ensure incidents are handled consistently, engineering teams follow agreed procedures, and the right monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and reporting are in place to support reliable cloud operations.
Responsibilities
- Own the Incident and Problem Management process end-to-end
- Drive incident follow-ups and facilitate post-mortems
- Ensure engineering teams adhere to the agreed incident management process
- Identify gaps in process adherence and follow up on non-compliance
- Maintain monitoring and alerting baselines across cloud operations teams
- Update and maintain runbooks and incident handling procedures
- Prepare and deliver monthly incident KPI reports
- Support handover documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Incident Management and Problem Management (ITSM)
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Background in cloud operations or production support environments
- Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
- Expertise in driving post-mortems and incident follow-up actions
- Proficiency in Cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and Security Operations Center practices
- Skills in reporting and tracking incident KPIs
- Capability to identify process gaps and drive improvements
- Strong coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Flexibility to work independently and take full ownership of processes
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
