Lead Go Language Developer

We are seeking a remote Lead Go Language Developer to join our team and execute the IAS Backend migration plan for our existing and future IAS customers.
As a Lead Go Developer, your primary focus will be to provide technical expertise in Golang, Cloud Platforms, and Google Cloud APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy containerized applications on the cloud and ensure seamless media processing.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the IAS engineering team to execute the IAS Backend migration plan
- Ensure seamless media processing, with a focus on video processing
- Develop and deploy containerized applications on the cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project completion
- Provide technical expertise in Golang, Cloud Platforms, and Google Cloud APIs
- Lead the team of experienced engineers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficient in Golang development
- Experience in developing and invoking Cloud APIs
- Familiarity with SQL and database management
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with Protocol Buffers and gRPC
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform services including but not limited to: GKE, Anthos Service Mesh(or Istio), Cloud Tasks, Cloud PubSub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Workflows, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage
- Experience in developing and deploying containerized applications on cloud
- Experience in media processing (especially videos)
