We are looking for a Lead Go Engineer to strengthen our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to guide a development team while contributing directly to building scalable, efficient, and reliable systems using Go.

- Participate in full-cycle application development: design, implement, test, and launch solutions in Go
- Create and develop features based on requirement specifications and design documents
- Write clean, testable, and high-quality code following best practices and clean code principles
- Take part in the code review process
- Identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues and problems that might occur
- Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements
- Mentor and lead members of the development team
- Lead and communicate project scoping, roadmap, and architecture discussions within the development team
- Coordinate, plan, and track tasks and activities
- Ensure that the Agile team is capable of consuming stakeholder demand
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Go
- Good English communication skills – at least B2
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with communication protocols such as REST/HTTP and gRPC
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with high- and low-level design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD support and design
- Experience with Docker, cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.), and Kubernetes (including controllers and operators)
- Proficiency in developing services or microservices
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with testing (Unit tests, etc.)
- Ability to debug HTTP API using Chrome Developer Tools, cURL/Postman
