We are looking for a Lead Go Developer to join our remote team.
You will be responsible for owning and driving the development of high-quality software solutions using Go. You will lead a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is someone who is motivated to learn new technologies, enjoys collaborating with others, and has a passion for creating innovative software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the development of high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet business objectives
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions using Go
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Continuously learn and share knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Go development
- A minimum of 7 years of overall development experience
- Experience with GraphQL and TypeScript
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly
- Experience with production apps
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on ownership and accountability
- Proficient in spoken and written English, with an upper-intermediate level for effective communication with team members and stakeholders

- Experience with Python or a willingness to learn
