Lead Functional Tester (NetSuite)

Join our rapidly expanding healthcare information technology project as a Lead Software Test Engineer.

In this significant role, you'll report to the Clinical Effectiveness Software Test Engineering Manager and assist us in transitioning to a brand new comprehensive suite of business systems across our entire Clinical Effectiveness sector. Responsibilities
  • Regular collaboration with the onsite QA lead to maintain task and status alignment
  • Responsibility for the creation and implementation of test plans and cases for numerous systems and integrations relying upon requirements and feedback from design and specification evaluations
  • Cooperation with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to elucidate business regulations, refine acceptance criteria, and assure comprehensive top-quality coverage for our manual test solutions
  • Advancement of QA productivity via automation, tools, processes, and other optimal practices to nurture a quality-conscious culture across the organization
  • Regular project status updates to the QA manager
  • Execution of functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing
  • Troubleshooting, analysis, and isolation of defects and documentation of them in JIRA
  • Management of defect logs and issue resolution tracking with business system analysts and development staff
  • Partnership with solution architecture/development teams to outline release testing stipulations throughout the development cycle
  • Active involvement in all sprint events, including daily scrums, grooming/sizing, planning, requirements collection, story writing, and solution design gatherings
  • Review of project documents from a QA testing perspective, ensuring accuracy and completeness alongside thorough comprehension of the business need/problem and the identified functional/technical solutions
  • Coordination and communication with other QA team members when necessary
  • Provision of system support and training when required
  • Execution of other necessary duties and responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience testing Enterprise Business Systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in intricate transformation projects
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Profound knowledge of the NetSuite platform
  • Desirable QA Automation experience (Additional RedwoodHQ experience is beneficial)
  • Experience with test scripts in Java, JavaScript, or C# is advantageous
  • Experience authoring database queries and performing database-level testing
  • Strong familiarity with testing Order-to-Cash Applications
  • Proficiency in testing the Salesforce platform is beneficial
  • Experience with System Integration Testing across platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite)
  • B2+ proficiency level in English
