We are seeking a highly skilled Lead JavaScript Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project that aims to revolutionize the industry. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving innovation, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards. With your extensive experience in JavaScript and leadership skills, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards
  • Drive innovation and development of complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring that they are resolved promptly
  • Ensure that all code is thoroughly tested and meets the highest quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in JavaScript development
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, with a deep understanding of the language and its various frameworks
  • Experience in leading a team of developers, with a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
  • Expertise in Angular, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Koa, NestJS, Express, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to reporting and escalation
  • Ability to work autonomously and navigate a large matrix organization
  • Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience in developing mobile applications using React Native or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
