We are seeking a talented remote Lead Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to join our team, working with cutting-edge technologies such as ReactJS and TypeScript.
In this position, you will work on both the front-end and back-end of our application, ensuring that it is scalable, reliable, and maintainable. You will collaborate with our team of developers to write unit tests and ensure that our application meets high standards of quality. With your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, you will help us build a dashboard application for analytics that runs on the AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our dashboard application for analytics, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with our team of developers to write unit tests and ensure that our application meets high standards of quality
- Work on both the front-end and back-end of our application, ensuring that it is responsive and user-friendly
- Integrate Microsoft Power BI into our dashboard application, providing valuable insights to our users
- Ensure that our application meets high standards of security and compliance
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack JavaScript development
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development, demonstrating your proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js, showcasing your ability to write clean and maintainable code
- Experience with Next.js and React, highlighting your ability to build responsive and user-friendly web applications
- Expertise in AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS, enabling you to develop scalable and reliable applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, showcasing your ability to integrate analytics into our dashboard application
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in writing unit tests and overlapping backend and frontend
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda
- Familiarity with React Query, showcasing your ability to optimize performance
- Knowledge of GraphQL and its integration with React applications
