We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will take charge of designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions, mentor an engineering team, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable AI solutions
- Mentor and guide team members to foster innovation, continuous learning, and high performance
- Maintain best practices in AI engineering, quality assurance, and agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide stakeholders with updates on progress, challenges, and solutions, while delivering technical leadership and strategic direction
- Take ownership of the architecture and technical direction for AI/agentic systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Define and sustain best practices for agent design, orchestration, and evaluation
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 1+ year in a leadership capacity
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience working with React
- Proven background in Python development
- Demonstrated experience in Node.js development
- Deep knowledge of AWS technologies
- Strong grasp of event-driven and microservices architecture
- Skilled in TypeScript and serverless technologies
- Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Solid background in LLM/AI engineering, including prompt design, RAG pipelines, agentic patterns, tool use, and LLM evaluation
- Strong analytical skills combined with clear communication abilities
- Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies
- Proficient English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
