We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and Angular to join our forward-thinking team.
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will take a leadership role in the development of our client's platform while guiding a global team to enhance user experience. Our client is a leading European bank recognized for its capital markets, securities services, financing, treasury, and advisory solutions.

Please note that work from the customer's office in Lisbon 2 days per week is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the platform to enhance user experience
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure best practices and high-quality code standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities
- Optimize the platform for performance, security, and scalability, while ensuring architectural consistency
- Provide solutions and strategies for complex technical problems
- Coordinate development goals and timelines with global teams
- Contribute to the organization's overall technical strategy and roadmap
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a solid track record in both backend and frontend technologies
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Deep expertise in .NET for back-end development, with demonstrated architectural decision-making skills
- Advanced proficiency in Angular, WebComponents, and Lit for front-end development
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in optimizing applications for high performance in complex environments
- Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor junior team members and foster collaboration
- Fluency in English, with strong communication skills at a minimum B2+ level
