We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to architect and deliver scalable backend and React-based frontend solutions on modern cloud stacks. You will guide system design decisions, improve code quality across the SDLC, and partner with product and design to ship reliable features; apply now.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop and maintain backend services using GoLang or Python
- Create and refine user interfaces with React
- Partner with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Contribute to system design discussions and drive architectural decisions
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing and adherence to best practices
- Deploy and operate cloud-based solutions
- Write and keep up-to-date technical designs, processes and implementations
- Track emerging technologies and industry trends to inform improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development
- High proficiency in backend development with GoLang or Python
- Expert-level knowledge of React for frontend development
- Deep understanding of system design principles
- Solid background in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with cloud technology stacks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
- Exposure to microservices architecture and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
