Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team, working with a global healthcare ISV and one of the top Electronic Medical Record (EMR) vendors. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the code review process, enforcing coding, architectural, testing, build and CI standards across the team, and ensuring seamless integration of new components with the existing code. Responsibilities
- Support the code review process, enforcing coding, architectural, testing, build and CI standards across the team
- Ensure seamless integration of new components with the existing code, reading legacy C++/C#/Java code as required
- Develop innovative solutions using modern technologies and frameworks deployed on AWS cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs
- Initiate the creation of new products by conducting thorough research to understand business and user needs, and facilitating design workshops
- Organize and lead design critique sessions with the team, fostering a collaborative environment for constructive feedback
- Provide assistance and support to developers during project Discovery and ideation phases, contributing to innovative design solutions
- Review and ensure the quality control of coding deliverables to meet the highest standards
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, demonstrating your expertise in JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript, and REST API
- Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Ruby, React technologies, and SQL & NoSQL technologies, specifically Oracle database
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and designing and developing microservices
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, and automating pipelines
- General understanding of Amazon Web Services, highly desired
- Experience with healthcare or other regulated industries, a big plus
- Ability to read legacy C++/C#/Java code, and willingness to do Full Stack development
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset, crucial for meticulous coding efforts
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
