We are seeking a Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team, working remotely and playing a key role in the development of our software solutions. As a Lead JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 developers and working closely with the back end team to ensure seamless integration of the two systems. You will leverage your expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, and TypeScript to develop high-quality code, ensuring our software solutions meet the highest standards of functionality and usability. You will also be responsible for implementing automated testing processes and deploying code to production using Kubernetes and Jenkins.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3 developers in the development of high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with the back end team to ensure seamless integration of the front-end and back-end systems
  • Develop and implement automated testing processes to ensure the quality of the codebase
  • Deploy code to production using Kubernetes and Jenkins
  • Conduct code reviews, providing feedback and insights to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating your proficiency in developing high-quality code
  • Expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, and TypeScript, showcasing your ability to develop complex applications
  • Experience in unit testing and test automation, ensuring the quality of the codebase
  • Practical experience with Nexus, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, enabling you to deploy code to production efficiently and effectively
  • Strong leadership skills, showcasing your ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong critical thinking mindset, allowing you to convey feedback and insights effectively
  • Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
