We're looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, candidate will operate as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready software without the support of a Business Analyst (BA) or Scrum Master. To achieve this high-speed, end-to-end delivery, you will deeply integrate GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants into your daily development cycle.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical plans and execution roadmaps
- Own the full delivery process from initial concept through to live deployment
- Make independent decisions on architecture, tooling, and implementation approach with minimal oversight
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth alignment between technical and business goals
- Identify potential risks or roadblocks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Mentor and guide team members to raise overall engineering quality and efficiency
- Continuously refine internal workflows and processes to accelerate delivery speed without sacrificing quality
- Present progress updates, technical decisions, and outcomes directly to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical terms
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving client needs while maintaining project momentum
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in software engineering
- A minimum of one year of experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Demonstrated full-stack expertise combining .NET (C#) on the backend with Angular on the frontend
- Practical experience deploying and managing applications on AWS infrastructure
- Consistent, daily use of GitHub Copilot or comparable AI-powered coding assistants as part of the regular development workflow
- Strong track record in business communication, requirements gathering, and independently managing agile delivery processes without dedicated BA or Scrum Master support
- Excellent debugging, code review, and security auditing skills to critically assess and refine AI-generated code before production use
- Solid communication abilities with English fluency at a C1 level or above, enabling clear understanding of business needs and their translation into agentic architectures
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for managing project workflows, tracking work items, and supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines
