Currently, we are looking for a Remote Lead Environments Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Application and System Monitoring, troubleshooting, issues, bugs fixes, etc.
- Mobile Client Application troubleshooting (iOS, Android)
- Participate in calls/chat with customers, troubleshoot online being on call with the real users
- Comprehensive hands-on in the list of technologies above
- Ability to work with App Insights and Log Analytics
- Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
- Write SQL queries
- Setup / Monitor alert notifications
- Document RCA
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Support.Application
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with Application Insights
- Experience with Azure Application Gateway
- Experience with Azure Log Analytics
- Experience with Azure Monitor
- Experience with HTTP
- Experience with HTTPS
- Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Mobile OS
- Knowledge of Proxy Servers
