Currently, we are looking for a Remote Lead Environments Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Application and System Monitoring, troubleshooting, issues, bugs fixes, etc.
  • Mobile Client Application troubleshooting (iOS, Android)
  • Participate in calls/chat with customers, troubleshoot online being on call with the real users
  • Comprehensive hands-on in the list of technologies above
  • Ability to work with App Insights and Log Analytics
  • Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
  • Write SQL queries
  • Setup / Monitor alert notifications
  • Document RCA
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Support.Application
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Application Insights
  • Experience with Azure Application Gateway
  • Experience with Azure Log Analytics
  • Experience with Azure Monitor
  • Experience with HTTP
  • Experience with HTTPS
  • Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of Mobile OS
  • Knowledge of Proxy Servers
