We are seeking a Lead Engineer - IT Infrastructure to oversee, support and enhance our enterprise IT systems, focusing on Windows Server environments and office network setups.

This role requires a hands-on expert with strong technical acumen, problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach, working closely with global teams to drive infrastructure optimization and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Windows Server environments (2008–2022) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, DFSR and MDT
Perform Windows 10/11 OS hardening, patch management and system health monitoring
Configure and troubleshoot network switches, routers and firewalls
Manage VLANs, firewall policies, NAT and secure remote access solutions (VPN)
Support implementation and integration of endpoint security tools
Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, root cause analysis, documentation and end-user support
Oversee IT asset management, hardware procurement and vendor coordination
Maintain documentation for configurations, disaster recovery, SOPs and policies
Participate in compliance audits and infrastructure assessments (ISO\ISAE)
Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

8-13 years of working experience in IT infrastructure support or administration
Knowledge of Windows Server (2008–2022) and Windows 10/11 operating systems
Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, DFSR and MDT
Skills in configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routers and firewalls
Proficiency in managing VLANs, firewall policies, NAT and VPN solutions
Background in endpoint security, OS hardening and patch management
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as ping, tracert and nslookup
Capability to provide L2/L3 technical support and perform root cause analysis
Competency in IT asset management, hardware procurement and vendor coordination
Understanding of compliance audits and infrastructure assessments (ISO\ISAE)
Flexibility to work collaboratively with global IT teams

Nice to have

Knowledge of Palo Alto technologies
