We are seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 CRM Developer who will play a crucial role in streamlining integration processes, optimizing functionality, and maintaining operational continuity post-acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Build custom features in Dynamics 365 to support the unique business workflows of the acquired company
  • Implement tailored user roles, dashboards, and reporting for post-acquisition operations
  • Conduct performance tuning to ensure system efficiency and integrity across multilingual interfaces
  • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in agile environments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows, and JavaScript customization
  • Proficiency in .NET, Azure DevOps, and Azure Functions for CRM integrations
  • Background in Agile delivery principles and effective collaboration with global teams
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Commodity Trading & Risk Management Platforms (CTRMs, ETRMs)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate for advanced analytics and automation
  • Understanding of SAP Integration Suite for broader business system connectivity
