We are currently seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability of technical environments, contributing to the deployment of solutions, and identifying and implementing best practices for application production.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of the technical solution and integration of production and infrastructure requirements
- Facilitate the deployment of solutions and ensure the upskilling of the Product/Project team on application production best practices
- Implement monitoring and facilitate service supervision in collaboration with Production Support Applications
- Contribute to maintaining the services in operational condition and continuous improvement of Production
- Collaborate with the project team and contribute to collective decisions throughout the project
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure engineering and production operation steering
- Strong understanding of the DevOps chain including tools like Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Mattermost
- Proven ability to manage security risks and contribute to IT risk and cyber security
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Expertise in IT infrastructure management, including Linux and Windows systems
- Experience in implementing and maintaining service monitoring using modern technological stacks such as Elastic Search, Grafana, and Dynatrace
- Knowledge of Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
- Proficient command over English language for both spoken and written communication (B2+ level)
