Lead Designer for a Consumer Electronics Company

We're looking for a remote Lead Designer with knowledge of Requirements Analysis and experience with product UX planning to join our team.

The company is a privately held, American company that designs and sells televisions and sound bars. The company was founded in 2002 and is based in Irvine, California, United States.

Responsibilities
  • Design the flows, concepts, new features
  • Design beautiful and functional UI
  • Come up with new ideas, creative solutions and work on improvements
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions
  • Prepare source files for development and supervise implementation
  • Present concepts to stakeholders
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet set deadlines
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a designer role
  • Familiarity with the design for embedded systems (TV Apps)
  • Knowledge of Requirements Analysis
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience with product UX planning / Milestones / Roadmaps
  • Creativity
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
