We are looking for a skilled Lead Data Software Engineer/Data Solution Architect to join our automotive industry team.
This position entails collaborating on cutting-edge recon software that streamlines documentation, enhances processes, and provides immediate insights into business operations. We aim to deliver top-tier, intuitive technology solutions tailored for automotive reconditioning companies.
In this hybrid role, you will assume the duties of both an architect and an engineer. As an Architect, your key contribution will be to design schemas and pipelines, define transformations, and manage effective data integration into an analytics-driven relational structure. As an Engineer, you will implement these designs, develop a high-performing and reliable system, and apply your development skills to improve data processing functions.
Our data is currently sourced from a MongoDB dump stored in Snowflake, and knowledge of these technologies will be beneficial.

- Design schemas and pipelines
- Ensure efficient data insertion structure
- Construct a system that enhances optimized data processing
- Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake
- Experience in Star or Snowflake schema design
- Skills in data warehousing, analytics, and data modeling
- Experience in cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis
- Familiarity with a Business Intelligence tool (Domo preferred)
- Background in MongoDB
