We are seeking a remote Lead Data Quality Engineer with experience in Python and Databricks.
The successful candidate should posses strong analytical skill and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all platforms and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management for the project
- Develop and execute test scenarios
- Lead the team and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Work directly with customers to validate data requirements and manage data quality issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Software Engineering
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in Python, AWS, Databricks and Apache Spark
- Familiarity with testing methods (TDD, BDT, DDT)
- Experience with data ingestion pipelines, data warehousing and data lakes
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Amazon QuickSight, Microsoft PowerBI,
- Experience with Big data technologies
