We are looking for a Lead Data DevOps to drive the reliability and evolution of our Azure data platform through automation, monitoring, and secure operations. You will implement infrastructure updates, build self-healing and tracking capabilities, and partner with Architecture and SRE on performance and access controls across environments—apply now.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and maintain infrastructure changes across the data platform
  • Set up monitoring and end-to-end tracking mechanisms
  • Build automation and self-healing solutions to streamline platform operations
  • Execute anomaly detection, event correlation, and analysis
  • Run performance analysis on data workloads
  • Administer access permissions across environments
  • Partner with Architecture teams to ensure platform design aligns with support model standards
  • Coordinate with the SRE team to support the platform
  • Improve data platform activities, support processes, and automate administrative activities, infrastructure, and application deployments
  • Align with multiple stakeholders on platform requirements and priorities
  • Diagnose and prevent issues related to data workloads performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of hands-on work using advanced Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines across multiple subscriptions and environments
  • Solid knowledge of Azure data solutions such as Data Lake Storage, Databricks, and ADF
  • Practical familiarity with Synapse Analytics for data workloads performance improvements, monitoring, and issues troubleshooting
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in solutioning and collaborating with Architecture teams on platform design standards
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
