We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau to join our collaborative team.

This role involves creating advanced dashboards, conducting detailed ad-hoc analyses, and delivering actionable insights while working closely with clients to drive strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

Design advanced dashboards using Tableau tailored to meet business objectives
Perform complex SQL queries to back data investigations and detailed analyses
Analyze customer requirements directly and recommend the most effective solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver insights and align technical solutions with business needs
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of deliverables, including Tableau visualizations and SQL outputs
Optimize Tableau reporting processes and integrate them seamlessly within existing workflows
Apply best practices in data modeling and incorporate ETL/ELT tools when necessary
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals
Oversee production environments and efficiently troubleshoot issues in Tableau Desktop/Server
Keep updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and visualization

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, visualization, or reporting-related roles
Proficiency in SQL with a strong background in writing advanced queries
Knowledge of data modeling and ETL tools, combined with production expertise in Tableau Desktop/Server
Expertise in developing dashboards using Tableau reporting solutions
Background in enterprise-level analytics platforms and reporting environments
Competency in the interpretation and clear presentation of complex data

Nice to have

Familiarity with ETL/ELT solutions
Understanding of advanced data transformation methods
Capability to implement advanced analytics features in dashboards, such as trend analysis and forecasting
