  • Convert scientific and application-related concepts into formats that technical specialists can readily grasp and apply
  • Operate independently against defined deliverables and timelines, while maintaining close coordination with an internationally distributed team
  • Keep building on your pharma R&D domain knowledge through ongoing collaboration with experienced specialists in the field
Requirements

  • Capability to break down complex information and present it through clear visualizations, documentation, and actionable guidance for technical teams
  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with both scientific/domain experts and engineering teams
  • Capacity to operate independently, manage agreed-upon deliverables, and work effectively as part of a distributed team
  • Strong foundation in biology and clinical sciences supporting precise interpretation of pharmaceutical data and processes
  • Solid business communication skills enabling smooth dialogue between scientific and technical teams
  • Background in data analysis and quality assurance practices to maintain accuracy and dependability in support materials
  • Capability in data visualization methods to turn complex data into accessible, actionable presentations
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical medicine concepts relevant to in vitro application support

  • Collaborative team-player qualities, with proven ability to work smoothly across varied groups
  • Interest in or background within the broader Life Sciences field
  • Background mentoring colleagues or junior staff to support their professional growth
  • Strong stakeholder management ability, building trust and alignment between technical and business groups
  • A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree regarded as an added benefit
