We are currently seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our remote team.
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will lead a team of data analysts to analyze large sets of data, identify patterns and trends, and develop data-driven insights that will drive business decisions.
You should have at least 5 years of work experience in data analysis, and proficiency in data-oriented programming languages such as SQL, Python, SparkSQL, PySpark, R, and Bash. Additionally, experience with Power BI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data analysts to conduct data analysis and develop data-driven insights that will inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements to our products and services
- Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy to ensure that insights are based on reliable data
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in data-oriented programming languages such as SQL, Python, SparkSQL, PySpark, R, and Bash
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- B2 English level
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
