We are looking for a Lead CX/UX Researcher to join our remote team.

You will collaborate with product leadership to understand the user and business needs and to identify research requirements. You will be responsible for guiding the product team in strategic decision-making, from identifying user needs to continuous usability testing of existing and new patterns. Your role involves creating understanding and empathy around user needs and exploring user behavior and motivations through methods like contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability testing. As an ambassador of design thinking and user-centered processes, you will champion new ideas, take risks, and relentlessly pursue excellence.
