We are looking for a remote Lead CRM Functional Consultant to join our team.
You will be responsible for executing projects with speed and precision while possessing strong communication and soft skills. You should possess expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SEng D365 CRM Base.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their business needs and objectives
- Demostrate expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to provide functional guidance and support throughout the full project lifecycle
- Ensure success by providing high-quality consultation, training, and communication support
- Monitor and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and SEng D365 CRM Base
- Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
