Our company is seeking a remote Lead Corporate Communications Specialist to take ownership of the Data Autonomy program communications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a communication strategy that caters to various stakeholder groups with different communication preferences. In this role, you will consult with other members of the team to ensure that the communication approach is aligned with the program's objectives and the company's values. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a content and communication plan that includes crafting exciting content for Workplace Community group about Data Autonomy program, corporate-wide newsletters, and posting in Teams & Workplace channels. Additionally, you will create and analyze questionnaires to get user feedback and engage and animate the community by replying to comments and driving discussions. The success of this role is measured based on the user engagement and participation level (comments, likes, event attendees, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a communication strategy for the Data Autonomy program that caters to different stakeholder groups with different communication preferences
  • Consult with other members of the team to ensure that the communication approach is aligned with the program's objectives and the company's values
  • Create and maintain a content and communication plan that includes crafting exciting content for Workplace Community group about Data Autonomy program, corporate-wide newsletters, and posting in Teams & Workplace channels
  • Create and analyze questionnaires to get user feedback and engage and animate the community by replying to comments and driving discussions
  • Measure communication success and suggest improvements to continually improve the communication strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the communication strategy aligns with the program's objectives and the company's values
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on communications strategy, community management, copywriting, and project management
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Experience in creating and implementing communication strategies for programs or initiatives
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with proven ability to create engaging content for different types of media and channels
  • Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong experience in social media strategy, including content creation, posting, and engagement
  • Proven ability to drive engagement and participation through communication strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at an advanced level

  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Experience in creating and implementing communication strategies for IT-related programs or initiatives
